- Applications: Surfacing of mixer baldes, screws of refractory material presses, brick presses, cement presses, conveyer screws.
- For surfacing of parts subject to very intense abrasion with shock
- Approximately 190% recovery
- Easily removed slag
- Deposits an all weld metal structure of very hard abrasion resistant Chromium and Niobium carbides in moderately tough austenitic matrix
- Ideal for hard surfacing application where resistant to extreme abrasion and moderate impact are required
- Grinding only
- Non-heat treatable and prone to relief cracking
